Our small team hand picks all of your orders and we do our best to have them packed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date you placed your order.
Please note that orders placed during sales and promotions may take a little bit longer to ship due to order volume.
Your order will be sent to you via Canada Post or one of the larger courier companies (UPS, FedEx or DHL) depending on your location. Please allow 2-12 business days for delivery, or refer to your tracking number for updates on the arrival time

Shipping for orders up to $249.99 is a flat rate charge of $12CAD
Shipping to the USA

Shipping for orders up to $249.99 is a flat rate charge of $15CAD
Shipping to countries other than Canada and the US is based upon weight. Options for shipping methods will be presented at checkout.
Please note that the buyer will be responsible for the payment of any duties, VAT or Import Taxes for overseas and international deliveries.
Notes on Returns:
We hope you absolutely love your Fleece & Fable purchase, but just in case a return is necessary we have a stress-free, full refund return policy.
- We offer a full refund or store credit for all accepted returns (minus shipping)
- Requests for returns must be made within 72 hours of the delivery confirmation of your order. Please email us at email@example.com with the original order number and reason for return and we will send you the return information.
- Items must be returned in unworn, unaltered and unwashed condition and must be free of stains or odours such as perfume, smoke etc.. All tags must be attached.
- Your return must be postmarked within 5 days of requesting a return.
- Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive your refund or store credit within 2 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered returns. We suggest adding tracking to your return shipment to be on the safe side.
